Here are some pictures we took on our Hermann trip, as well as the Cardinals/Braves game we went to at Ted Turner Stadium in Atlanta.

Biz & Thomas

Thought I'd start off with the typical Biz pose. Is she "eat up" with babies or what?

Doug

Unfortunately, we rarely capture Doug with a natural smile. Obviously, we missed the mark here.

Grandma

The problem with this picture is more of a lack of steady hand than it is the subject matter!

John & Leslie

These two really look better in person.

Johnathan

Who is this cutie?

Girls

This picture was really dark, but I was able to clean it up at least a little bit. You can almost connect the dots on Jenny's face.

Katie

Hey, Katie.

Katie & Sandy

Had to get a shot of Sandy in.

Katie & Julia

Here's two to draw to!

Linda

My, what big eyes you have. And what big teeth you have.

Home

This was a nice picture of the house. Too bad I couldn't get it all in frame.

Thomas

John certainly can't disown this little guy.

Unsteady hand

Shaky hand once again. Looks like Greg is giving Grandma a choke hold.

Penning's & Weiss'

It was great to see the Weiss' again.

Kids & Superman

We stopped in Metropolis, Illinois, on the way to Hermann. This statue was in front of the city hall. I put the kids in front of it for scale.

SuperDoug

They had a nice cut out that allowed us to get a picture of SuperDoug!

Once we got back to Athens, we had tickets to the Cardinals and Braves at the new Turner Stadium. Our seats were in the upper deck down the right field line, but they were really good. The stadium is beautiful, patterned after the one in Baltimore, I believe. The Braves won 3-0.

Ted Turner Stadium - Right field view

I tried to get a shot of the scoreboard area. It didn't come out as good as I'd hoped.

Shot of home plate

Our view of home plate was great. We were almost behind the foul pole, but no one hit anything our way.

Scoreboard

More of the scoreboard area. There was a "beer garden" type area just below it.

Mr. Baseball

Self-explanatory

That's a better look!

A better smile this time.

Eve & Julia

A good friend of Julie's (Eve) went with us to the game, as Greg was unable to attend.

Doug & Biz

A couple of my favorite people.

Doug & Joann

One more of my favorite people.
